A typical circuit training workout includes about 8-10 exercise stations. After completing a station, instead of resting, you move quickly to the next station. A muscular strength and endurance circuit alternates muscle groups, such as upper body, lower body and core, so little or no rest is needed in between stations.
In this class we use a mix of endurance, strength, balance, and explosive movements. We make this class a fun atmosphere, and all levels are welcome and encouraged. Coaches can modify each workout as necessary.
Our functional striking class is a high-intensity workout combining functional training alongside conditioning - we include all our favorite punches and kicks. You will learn to punch, kick and move like a fighter!

With a focus on safety and proper lifting techniques, you will gain a working knowledge of weight training exercises and feel confident when lifting in a class or on your own.
